A Santa Barbara resident for 44 years, Rob Baptista, the founder of RRB Construction, Inc., has been in construction since 1996. Being a local General Contractor in Santa Barbara, Rob takes pride in utilizing local business and sub-contractors to achieve our company goal to provide the best service for our clients.
